Should I take the pacifier away from my newborn?

it's recommended that you take it away by the time they turn one, and as I childcare provider, I agree. However, if it's going to help her find comfort right now, I say let her keep it. 14 days is so young... she needs all she can get by way of comfort. and crying it out isn't necessary right now. all she needs to know is that she can count on you to be there for her. so give her whatever she needs right now. good luck!
