Is it possible to be infatuated with someone forever?

I've been with my husband for nearly 3 years and we fight alot. We rarely get along and he can be mean at times, But when I look at him I can't help but think he is so hott and I can't resist my physical attraction to him, I really don't care for his personality at this point, but I don't want to end it because I think he's so y. I thought infatuation would be over by this point, I don't know if I love him I just know I'm desperately attracted to him. Is this normal?
