APA citation style question..?

I have never used APA before. I am used to MLA. I am doing a literature review and I am using scholarly journals as my sources. Let's say I want to cite one source after I write a whole paragraph about that source how would I do it under APA. Just (author, pg number)? Please let me know anything I need to know about the APA style...I will know how to make the work cited page thought..do not need help for that.
