On a scale of 1 to 10: What are the chances Dems will propose some form of immigration reform THIS YEAR?
Perhaps a 4 however, now that the outcry regarding Arizona's position has reached a crescendo and many support tighter controls, it may be a tougher fight for Obama than previously. Kudos to Arizona.
