Ckc question (Canadian Kennel Club)?

I'm about to get a puppy but the parents are not registered and the puppies are claimed to be "purebred". If I wanted to register my puppy with the Canadian KC, is that possible? If it is, how much would the registration cost and where do I get it done (which registers form on the website)
