Who made the better Joker?

Who do you guys think made the better Joker? Jack Nicholson or Heath Ledger? I thought Heath Ledger did a better job on the Joker. His portrayal gave him a creepier personality, which I think was a good change from the more comical portrayal of the Joker, not that Ledger's wasn't comical as well.
