My 1 yr old baby with frequent fevers,bad breath,swollen lymph nodes . is anyone familiar with these symptoms?

my baby was admitted to a hospital some months ago for having a fever seizure . blood tests and an xray was done to determine what might have caused the high fever, it was said that she had an infection in her chest ,so they treated her. prior to that she had been in and out off the doctors office for cold, fever. since the seizure though, she has had frequent fevers, colds, and two other chest infection, one the doctors say is nothing to worry about and has been in and out of the hospital for high fevers. in the last couple of weeks she has been to the hospital for high fever,(39 or 103.4) runny nose {they didn't check her for swine flu since she didn't have ociated symptoms} they sent us home with Amoxil antibiotic and panadol syrup to take for a few days. 1-2 days after the course was finished her fever reappeared again at 103, rushed her to the hospital for fear that she might get another seizure , this time they did CBC on her which would take 3 days or so for the results to come back. meanwhile the results for her WBC was 14 point something so they decided that since giving her antibiotic through the mouth was not working they gave her through the veins one called Ceftriaxone which made her have diarrhea . the CBC came back and they said nothing was wrong and the didn't want to show me a report of it because someone called from the lab and said nothing is wrong with the baby so they wrote it on file. anyway its been two days since she stopped taking the antibiotics and she started having diarrhea, this time green with no smell,swollen lymph nodes in the neck {even when she might appear to be visible ok} ,bad breath. i just think that maybe this history has something to do with what might be wrong with her and i might be going right back to the hospital only it might be to late, only thing though the doctors are not taking me on or listening to me.
