BFP three times, but on the pill?

Hi All, I have a strange one for you. I've been on the pill since i had a miscarriage last August. I missed my period on Friday last and have taken three home pregnancy tests. All have said i'm pregnant. How is this possible? I wasnt sick and took all the tablets at the same time each day. How can i possibly be pregnant?
